Reboot Distro LTD · Birmingham
We bridge premium Japanese ceremonial and cost-effective Chinese organic matcha — direct farm relationships, UK stock, real people on the phone.

How we started
Reboot Distro LTD began as a Birmingham distribution business. When matcha became the focus, the gap was obvious: premium Japanese suppliers demanded high minimums and charged accordingly, while Chinese bulk options were cheaper but inconsistent on quality and documentation. We decided to bridge both.
Rather than pick one origin and hope it covered every use case, we built relationships on both sides — understanding ceremonial-grade production in Japan and the organic farms in China that supply food manufacturers across Europe. The result is genuine choice based on your application, not whatever a single origin can provide.
What we do differently
One of a small group of UK suppliers offering the full range — premium Japanese ceremonial through cost-effective Chinese organic culinary.
Uji, Nishio and Kagoshima in Japan; Zhejiang and Fujian in China. We visit farms, test harvests on-site and negotiate face to face.
Held in Birmingham year-round, so orders ship from the UK — no waiting weeks for imports to clear.
You speak to someone who knows your account, remembers what you order and gives proper grade advice. We answer the phone.

Yes. We offer private labelling from 50kg upwards, including custom tin designs, branded pouches and white-label solutions. Packaging options range from 30g retail tins through to 1kg bulk bags. Visit our white label matcha page for full details on the process and minimum quantities.
We source from both Japan and China. Our Japanese matcha comes from farms in Uji, Nishio and Kagoshima, which are the main ceremonial-grade growing regions. Our Chinese organic matcha comes from Zhejiang and Fujian provinces, where we work with farms certified under EU organic standards. We visit both origins regularly to test harvests and maintain direct relationships with growers.
All matcha is sealed in nitrogen-flushed packaging and stored at controlled temperatures in our UK warehouse. Our ground-to-ship timeline is under four weeks, and we provide best-before dates of 24 months from production. This keeps colour, flavour and nutritional content at their best from the moment it reaches you.
Keep unopened matcha below 25°C in a sealed container, away from direct light and strong odours. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within three to six months for the best colour and flavour. For commercial use, we recommend first-in-first-out stock rotation and storing opened containers in a cool, dry area away from heat sources.
